Irish Open 2012

1. Super Satellites (€200+€15 Freezeout) to the Irish Open 2012 will commence 6th November 2011 at 20:00 GMT. The minimum number of players required for each €200+€15 Freezeout Super Satellite to run is 20.
2. Super Satellites (€60+€6 Rebuy & Add-on) to the Irish Open 2012 will commence 10th January 2012 at 20:00 GMT. The starting stack in these events is 1,500 chips. Each rebuy costs €30 for 2,000 chips and the add-on costs €30 for 3,000 chips. The minimum number of players required for each €60+€6 Rebuy & Add-on Super Satellite to run is 30.
3. Ticket Only Super Satellites (€175+€12 Freezeout) to the Irish Open 2012 will commence 1st December 2011 at 20:00 GMT. The minimum number of players required for each €175+€12 Ticket Only Super Satellite to run is 15. Players qualifying from a Ticket Only Super Satellite will receive only the €3,200+€300 Irish Open 2012 Main Event buy-in.
4. The €4,600 Irish Open 2012 Prize Package includes €3,200+€300 Main Event buy-in, €395 for five nights’ accommodation at the Burlington Hotel in Dublin, €50 for handling fees and €655 for travel and spending.
5. To claim any Prize Package, players must demonstrate possession of the following: valid photo ID to confirm they will be of the legal age required to participate in any relevant tournament(s) in the country of the relevant event at the time those tournament(s) take place; valid travel documents required to enter the country of the relevant event if necessary; any necessary travel and medical insurance.
6. By participating in any aspect of this promotion, players agree to fulfil the following obligations should they receive the specified Prize Package and attend the specified event: to represent bet365 during all table play by wearing branded clothing including but not limited to shirts and hats; to provide bet365 with a diary/blog of their experience during the specified event which bet365 may use for any promotional or marketing activity.
7. bet365 shall in no way be liable for any injuries, losses, damages or expenses suffered or incurred by any player as a direct or indirect result of accepting the Prize Package and attending the specified event.
8. Prize Packages are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash. Any player who receives a package must play in the specified tournament(s) or forfeit the package.
9. Any prize/bonus amounts offered will be calculated using the current currency multiplier table as determined at the sole discretion of bet365.
10. Where any term of the offer or promotion is breached or there is any evidence of a series of bets placed by a customer or group of customers, which due to a deposit bonus, enhanced payments, free bets or any other promotional offer results in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, whether individually or as part of a group, bet365 reserves the right to reclaim the bonus element of such offers and in their absolute discretion either settle bets at the correct odds, void the free bets or void any bet funded by the deposit bonus. In addition bet365 reserve the right to levy an administration charge on the customer up to the value of the deposit bonus, free bet or additional payment to cover administrative costs. We further reserve the right to ask any customer to provide sufficient documentation for us to be satisfied in our absolute discretion as to the customer's identity prior to us crediting any bonus, free bet or offer to their account.
11. All bet365 offers are intended for recreational players and bet365 may in its sole discretion limit the eligibility of customers to participate in all or part of any promotion.
12. All customer offers are limited to one per person, family, household address, email address, telephone number, same payment account number (e.g. debit or credit card, NETeller etc), and shared computer, e.g. public library or workplace. We reserve the right to withdraw the availability of any offer or all offers to any customer or group of customers at any time and at our sole and absolute discretion. 15. Employees, officers and directors of bet365, its promotional or other agencies, licensees and licensors, service providers and any other associated or affiliated companies shall not be eligible for the promotion. The same terms shall apply to the direct families of such persons.
16. bet365 reserves the right to refuse payment to any player who is found colluding or slow playing. In addition, where a player's account is frozen or they are excluded from the poker room for whatever reason, the player will be removed from all aspects of this promotion.
